regions of Nepal. Pokhara is accessible by air.
Sarangkot is the highest point on the Pokhara valley rim It is located at altitude is 1592 Meters above sea level and takes in Pokhara, Pokhara Valley and beyond to the main spine of the Annapurna ranges. Being on the Spine of the ridge it also provide the fasted path into ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) The transition in culture from city to Himalaya begin a you leave the valley. The weather change, the perople change, the terrain change. By the time you get to Sarangkot you will be a climatising to a more Himalayan terrain than Pokahara.
